Our mission is to facilitate seamless interactions and communications between influencers and brands. We strive to consistently enhance our services to establish Elite as the premier platform for luxury brands and influencers worldwide

1. Registration and Verification

   • Both luxury brands and influencers can register for free using their personal "Email" and "Password"
   • All accounts undergo a review process by Elite, which may take up to 2 days for approval
   • Members are responsible for keeping their passwords confidential and are accountable for all activities under their account. If a password is compromised, members must promptly notify Elite

1. Brands

   • Brands are billed for campaign management services, excluding influencer fees
   • Brands must refrain from engaging in illegal activities, including distributing harmful or unlawful content, disrupting the site's functionality, or attempting unauthorized access

2. Influencers

   • Influencers have the option to accept or decline any campaign invitations. Upon accepting a campaign (e.g., event attendance or product reviews), influencers are obligated to provide the agreed-upon coverage or may need to return products or cover specified costs as detailed in the campaign terms
   • Elite does not compensate influencers for their services, nor does it facilitate any payment transactions for influencer compensation

3. Elite's Authority

   • Elite retains the right to suspend or terminate platform operations, either temporarily or permanently, without prior notice
   • The platform may limit users' access or password usage if necessary for any reason
   • Information shared by members may be published, copied, or transferred within the site by Elite as deemed appropriate

• We strictly prohibit any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation.

• Users can report suspicious content through our in-app feedback system or support team

• We use automated filters and regular monitoring to detect and remove inappropriate content

• We comply with all relevant child safety laws and Google Play standards.
